The 8-Step Process
From Concrete to Completed Floor
We do not reduce this into generic 'we prep the floor' language. Each step matters, and preparation is the core differentiator.
Inspect the Concrete
Review the existing slab, visible damage, previous coatings, cracks, surface contamination, and project requirements.
Repair & Patch
Address appropriate damaged areas, holes, cracks, or surface defects included in the project scope before coating.
Mechanical Grinding
Mechanically grind and prepare the concrete — diamond grinding — to remove weak surface material and create a suitable profile for the coating system.
Final Surface Preparation
Clean and prepare the floor for coating after grinding and repairs are completed.
Coating Application
Apply the selected epoxy / coating system according to the approved project scope.
Decorative Flake, Where Applicable
Broadcast decorative flake when included in the selected flooring system.
Finish / Protective Coat
Complete the system with the specified finishing layer when included in the selected project scope.
Final Review
Inspect the completed floor and review appropriate care and use instructions with the customer.
