Concrete repair and patching addresses appropriate damaged areas included in the project scope before coating. Repair options depend on the type, depth, movement, and condition of the damaged concrete.
We do not market structural concrete engineering, and we do not guarantee that every crack will never return — concrete movement and site conditions are outside any contractor's control. What we do is repair appropriate damage within scope so the coating system has a sound surface.
After repairs, the floor is ground and prepared, then the coating system is applied according to the approved project scope.
