It starts with inspecting the slab — visible damage, previous coatings, cracks, and contamination. Appropriate repairs and patching are completed within scope.
Then mechanical grinding removes weak surface material and creates a profile for adhesion. The floor is cleaned and prepared, the coating system is applied, decorative flake is broadcast where applicable, and a finishing layer completes the system.
A final review confirms the completed floor and covers care and use instructions with the customer. Every step matters — preparation is what separates a floor that lasts from one that fails.
